Welcome to The Summit at Ponderosa Trails HOA website. The Summit is nestled in the cool Ponderosa Pine Trees in Flagstaff, Arizona.
The Association began in 2005 with 103 single family home lots; today the subdivision is 100% built out.
ASSESSMENTS ARE DUE ANNUALLY ON JANUARY 1ST. All payments received after January 16th are subject to a late fee.
